Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Non-Refundable Services

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to e.garley@syncrogenic.com outlining the reason for the refund.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and a response will be provided.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund.

If a cancellation occurs after work has started, a partial refund may be issued, depending on work completed and expenses incurred.

Subscription services can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable for the billing period already paid.

Syncrogenic reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
