  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure service accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in question.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.

  • Syncrogenic reserves the right to terminate services if a user engages in unlawful or unethical activities.

  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and intellectual property rights will be governed as per agreements.

Data Protection, Third-Party Links & Dispute

  • We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in handling personal data.

  • Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user information.

  • Our website and services may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

  • Any third-party integrations are subject to their own terms and conditions.

  • Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with Australian law through mediation or arbitration.
